Refund policy

Because ThioneMax+ is an ingestible supplement, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging, within 15 days of delivery.

To Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us at sales.thionemax@gmail.com with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and send you instructions. You can choose a refund or an exchange for a different quantity/bundle of equal value.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 3-5 business days of approval:

• Card/online payments: refunded to your original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa — we'll ask for your details when we confirm the return.
• You may also choose store credit instead, redeemable on a future order.

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used product
• Product without its original packaging
• Orders outside the 15-day window

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you received the wrong product or a damaged package, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos — we'll replace it at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law in Pakistan.
