Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2-4 business days
• All other areas of Pakistan: 5-7 business days

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders, nationwide. We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Cash on Delivery

Available on every order, everywhere we deliver.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order any time before it ships, free of charge. Contact us with your order number to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — see our Refund & Return Policy instead.

Refused or Missed COD Deliveries

If you're unable to accept a Cash on Delivery order, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule. If a delivery is refused without notice, we'll attempt to reschedule once at no charge. For customers with repeatedly refused deliveries, we may require advance payment on future orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances outside our control — but if your order is taking longer than expected, contact us, and we'll track it down for you.
